The first Tuesday of every month Fareway and our media partners want to thank one military family for the sacrifices they are making in the name of freedom with Project Homefront!
Each month we will select one family for Project Homefront. The family will be able to tell their story and receive a $250 gift card courtesy of Fareway.
We are now accepting nominations for Project Homefront. If you have applied in the past, we thank you for your time and encourage you to resubmit your nomination. To nominate a family please fill out an application and send it in to your regional news station below:

Nominations will be evaluated and judged by an advisory board.
All awards will be based on the overall score of the judges' individual scores. Each nomination will be read by at least two judges. You may submit more than one nomination. If your nomination is not chosen, you may re-submit as many times as you wish.
Criteria for Award:
1. Who can submit: Anybody located in the designated viewing area. Minors under the age of 18 must have written permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Nominee must be a family with at least one member currently serving in the military.
Proposal must include:
1. Contact information. Nomination form must contain contact information for both nominator and nominee
2. Family Description. Nomination form must contain general information about the family being nominated (Members, history, who is serving.) Nomination must also contain description on why you are nominating this family. Send us no more than three typed pages
Deadlines:
We consider applications on a rolling deadline. Nominations must be submitted by the last day of the month to be considered for the upcoming month. Nominations do not need to be re-submitted each month.
